This cheerful building stands out for its unique window shutters, painted all the colors of the rainbow from red to violet. As you might expect, Ministry of Information, Communications & the Arts (MICA) houses the center for all things creative and cultural, including the arts, heritage, libraries, media, government public relations and info communications.
