The first thing you notice in Bayside Buffet is the size of the place with more than 500 seats. However, the lines move quickly and the food is outstanding, making this well worth the visit. The buffet overlooks the outdoor lagoon, so instead of dining at a buffet in Vegas, you will feel like you are in Tahiti. The food is of impeccable quality, and varies from traditional American buffet choices to Asian specialties, vegetarian fare and exquisite desserts. It is located inside Mandalay Bay.
