Walking by, you would not guess that this was one of the best Thai/Southern Vietnamese restaurants in town. The pink building and weathered canopy over the front door don't match the trendy surroundings. The food, on the other hand, is to die for. The long menu of more than 120 items has something for everyone. With meals like the Vegetarian Delight with Tofu or the Vegetable Pad Thai, Saigon Kitchen is popular with vegetarians. The restaurant also serves beer and wine. Be sure to visit the other locations in Beaverton and on Southeast Division Street in Portland.
