Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Hospital
You can't go on a lockdown, but you can go on a tour. Stalled by the outbreak of the Civil War, it opened in 1864. The hospital's main building is the largest hand-cut stone masonry building in the US and was named a historic landmark in 1990.
