Quick info on airport terminals and malls.

Why we like it -- Point Inside lets you dial down quickly on the layout of an airport terminal (as long as you have a network connection) or a mall. You can typically find amenities, like ATMs and restrooms, as well as operating hours and descriptions of retailers and restaurants. In airports, use the "search" tab to find information on baggage-claim areas, Wi-Fi, currency exchange and water fountains, among other things.

Improvements we'd like to see -- At times the app lacks simple touches, like labels showing the directional orientation of a map. Point Inside also needs to improve its coverage, which is spotty. The biggest airports are here, but regional airports are often missing, as are some major malls. Also, in certain airport terminals, the maps don’t show restroom locations or even basic information on retailers.
