Las Vegas

For the Sheer Hedonist

Sure a Vegas getaway for the guys is popular, but for good reason: No other place on earth embraces headlong hedonism like Vegas, making it the ideal setting for the ultimate bachelor getaway. From high-stakes gambling to all-day pool parties at venues like Encore Beach Club and Rehab, as well as over-the-top nightclubs like Marquee and Tryst to peerless strip joints (the world’s biggest: Sapphire, the world’s hottest: Spearmint Rhino), Las Vegas is a nonstop full-tilt playground that’s the stuff of countless epic bro weekends.

A slew of new hotels such as Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace has joined the already-fab pantheon of luxe Vegas properties, and the city’s exploding restaurant scene is now world-class, with venues such as the James Beard Award-winning Bellagio.

Montreal

For the Stripper-Loving Hipster

There are myriad reasons to visit Montreal, not least of which is its affordable and late-club scene centered along the 7-mile-long Boulevard Saint-Laurent, as well as the city’s fantastic summer festival lineup (including its fantastic beer, jazz and comedy fests), and its access to European flair without ever leaving the continent.

Unique Montreal offerings like the cool Piknic Electronik on summertime Sundays make the city a haven for hipsters. But for bachelor binges, perhaps one thing recommends French Canada’s cultural capital above all else: its bounty of strip clubs (like Chez Paree, Club Super Sexe and Wanda's), most of which, unlike the bulk of their American counterparts, allow full contact. Miami

For the Sun Worshipper

With its awesome oceanfront views, amazing food and 24-hour club scene, Miami’s South Beach has all the fixings of a fairly paradisiacal bachelor fest. Of course the incredible bounty of multinational bikini-clad babes doesn’t hurt either, nor does the easy access to some of the country’s best sports action.

Miami's restaurant scene is teeming with superstars like the 10,000-square-foot penthouse Juvia and the Florida outposts of New York City icons like Scarpetta and The Dutch. Not-to-miss party spots include Nikki Beach Club by day and LIV by night. Club Madonna gets mixed marks (beware: no booze), but it’s South Beach’s only strip club.

New Orleans

For the Sensory Indulger

The Big Easy is unmatched for its ready-made party atmosphere and dedication to nonstop indulgence -- and no boulevard in the city is better suited to carousing than Bourbon Street, where flashed boobs are the norm and public drunkenness is virtually mandatory. Some of the country's best music can be found at joints like Tipitina’s and Preservation Hall, and legendary restaurants like Brennan's will have you savoring your waning days of bachelorhood with bull shots, red roosters and so much more.

Sports are also big in New Orleans, which regularly hosts both the Super Bowl and the Final Four. Larry Flynt's Hustler Club is the best of Bourbon Street’s strip joints, while nearby the huge Harrah's complex offers 24-hour gambling and two of the city’s top steakhouses.

Pheonix

For the Sports Fan

For the sports-minded posse, the greater Phoenix area aims to please, with year-round sunshine and warm temps that make it perfect for enjoying the scores of superb golf courses (like the stunning and heralded Troon North Golf Club), pro baseball’s Cactus League lineup, and a multitude of fantastic hiking and climbing options nearby in great outdoor spots like Camelback Mountain.

And since no self-respecting bachelor weekend can be 100% healthy, the area is also surprisingly rife with nightlife, especially in coed-heavy Tempe and posher Scottsdale (where Skin Cabaret is the men’s club must). Several casinos also lie within easy driving distance, such as the 100,000-square foot, Vegas-style Wild Horse Pass Hotel and Casino; the casino also has more than 30 TVs, including 8 large screens, for you and the guys to watch the big game.

Rio de Janiero

For the World Traveler

When it’s winter in the Northern Hemisphere, opposite-seasoned (and always ultra-sensual) Rio makes for an especially magnetic stag party destination. The women of Brazil need no introduction -- this is the land that gave the world Gisele Bündchen and Adriana Lima. And how many of your buddies can say they had their bachelor fests in the sizzling beachside host city of both the 2014 World Cup and the 2016 Summer Olympics?

You’ll never need to leave the utopian Copacabana/Ipanema area, but for a little more authenticity and adventure, check out the even livelier Lapa neighborhood, a magnet for intellectuals, artists and others to revel in samba, forro and other Brazilian beats.

Milwaukee

For the Beer Aficionado

Wisconsin isn’t the most obvious potential bachelor party locale, but its biggest city has a lot more going for it bro-wise than you might think. Home to both MillerCoors and an abundance of worthy microbreweries, from Horny Goat Brewing Co. to good ole Milwaukee Brewing Company, Milwaukee has well earned its Brew City nickname.

The Harley-Davidson Museum is here too, as is the Potawatomi Bingo Casino, which showcases one of the largest gaming floors in all of Wisconsin, plus more sports bars than could possibly ever be hit in one weekend. Shack up at the bro-riffically brand new Brewhouse Inn & Suites, a boutique hotel located in the 20-acre downtown complex that housed the Pabst Brewery for over 150 years.
