Lampshades are the latest fashion statement? Not quite. These performance artists from Kitsch & Sync Collective entertained visitors at the first ever Number 6. Festival in the village of Portmeirion in North Wales. The festival is named after the cult 1960’s series “The Prisoner,” which was filmed there.
