History:
In 1938, Al Ferreri, his sister, Frances, and her husband, Chris Pacelli, Sr., began developing the Italian beef sandwich. Originally, it was done out of necessity due to the Great Depression and the scarcity of meat. By slicing the beef thinly more sandwiches could be made. As they refined the recipe, Al and Chris began delivering the sandwiches to businesses and local hospitals. Soon the demand grew and they started a stand in Chicago's Little Italy.

Directions
* Slice the bread and place beef.
