Tony attended the annual Cayman Cookout that took place January 13-16, 2011, at the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. His good friend, Eric Ripert, was the host. Tony and Eric are seen here filming a episode for the "Tony and Friends web series."
The weekend included the Bon Vivant Champagne Brunch Cook-off complete with tastings, demonstrations, tours and dinners that introduced the guests to the Cayman Island experience. Featured here, cheese and crackers. Not a bad start.
Now we're getting somewhere -- steamed black snapper in coconut milk along side jasmine rice. Fabulous!
