Momofuku Ssam Bar
Tony sits down with David for a Momofuku feast that includes all of David’s decadent favorites: ham plates and crudo dishes -- banh mi, kimchi apple salad, pate en crate, beef tendon, kimchi, pork blade with butter milk, roasted rice cakes, razor clam and the “piece de resistance”: Bo Ssam, a mountain of pork butt, slow-roasted in molasses, green chilies and Korean soybean paste. This 10-pounder is so succulent it should be illegal. Guests simply tear at it with chopsticks till there’s nothing left but bone. And did we mention there will be bread and butter (in case anyone needs to fill up), and a massive cake and soft serve ice cream sundaes to round off the meal.
