Bailey's Aloha Shirts: At Bailey's Aloha Shirts in Honolulu, Tony meets owner David Bailey who explains the history of his shirts and shop. Tony tries on multiple shirts and purchases a few including a $3,000 vintage design.

North Shore Surfing
Tony spends a day at the North Shore on the island of Oahu. There he meets up with legendary surfers Darrick Doerner and Peter Cole. Darrick takes Tony to some of the most famous surf spots via jet ski, including Pipeline, Waimea and Sunset beaches. Later they meet up with big-wave surfer Peter Cole for a barbecue at his home on Sunset Beach.

Paradise Cove Luau
This is exactly what it sounds like, a traditional Hawaiian luau, complete with loads of entertainment, a giant buffet, hula dancers, umbrella drinks and tons of tourists. Here Tony is given a front-row seat at a table full of tourists.

Ono Hawaiian Foods
Colin Nishida, owner of the Side Street Inn, joins Tony for a traditional Hawaiian plate lunch at Ono Hawaiian Foods, a hotspot for locals. They sample a number of traditional dishes including poi, lau lau with pork, kaluha pig, poke, and coconut jello.

The Street Side Inn
Colin Nishida, owner and chef, invites Tony to his restaurant/bar the Side Street Inn for an evening of drinking and dining with the local chef community. Tony is joined by Alan Wong, celebrity chef, as well as local farmers, sommeliers, bartenders, and kitchen staff from some of Honolulu's best restaurants. Some of the items Tony and guests were treated to included Big Island Smoked Pork, Ahi Sashimi and Shoyu Limu and the Ahi Poke Combo.

La Mariana Sailing Club
Lloyd Kandell, tiki expert and member of the Hawaii musical group Don Tiki, takes Tony back in time to the only remaining tiki bar in Hawaii -- La Mariana Sailing Club. Here they sample exotic drinks including the zombie and the scorpion.

Puka Dog
Tony and his friend Bruno Stemple visit Puka Dog ,a Hawaiian invention. Here Tony and Bruno are given a demonstration of the hot-dog machinery made especially for this joint.
