Q.What were your initial thoughts, once you realized you had been picked to travel with Anthony Bourdain?
A. My initial thoughts were oh crap! I hope we can get the visas in time.
Q. Why did you decide to submit a video? Were you confident that your video would be picked?
A. I wanted the opportunity to show the world a different side of Saudi Arabia. I was pretty confident that there would be interest since this is an area of the world where there aren't many visitors and people are interested in knowing more about it.
Q. Was making the choice on where Tony should go difficult? What were some of the other locations you considered?
A. It was an easy choice for me. In fact, it was the only choice.
Q.How do you think you will be used in the "FAN-atic Special?" What are your expectations for the show?
A. I think I will serve as a guide for Tony, showing him Saudi Arabia, the food, the culture and the people.
Q. Are you at all nervous about traveling with Anthony Bourdain?
A. I'm not nervous. Should I be?
Q. Is there anything you will not eat on this trip?
A. Hmmmm ... nothing I can think of.
