Jade Dragon Snow Mountain
At 4,500 meters, Tony isn't exactly loving this trek. But from the peak, he is able to see all the way from Shanghai to Shangri-La.

Puxian Temple
Tony enjoyed a home-cooked meal at this sacred monastery. He dined on roast chili with eggplant, deep-fried liang fen (bean jelly), liang fen with chili and soy, hot liang fen soup and baba (bread).

At this roadside dumpling joint, Tony enjoyed a delicious Shanghai treat consisting of dumplings with pork, ginger, spring onions and pork-bone sauce.
