Civil War Reenactment at Boone Hall Plantation
Tony joins Civil War reenactors for a "day in the life." During their break, Tony enjoys a meal with the other soldiers. It consists of beef field stew and hard tack.

Tony joins father and daughter Bill and Oshi Green for Gullah cuisine at their traditional restaurant. The food of the former slaves of South Carolina's Lowcountry, Gullah cuisine is disappearing fast. Tony ate red rice and frogmore stew (which ironically enough does not contain frogs).
