River Rafting and Squirrel Hunting
Andrew meets up with Larry Nibert to go squirrel hunting and brave some rapids on the Gauley River to go deeper into the woods. Andrew eats beech nuts, roasted venison loin and squirrel prepared by Larry and Tim White.
Andrew experiences an old-fashioned get together with Italian potluck dishes, including pepperoni rolls, spaghetti, corn fritters and pickled ramps.

Andrew goes hunting for groundhogs with Glen Hawkins. Glen's son, Dale Hawkins, and his friend Tim Urbanic cook up the critters. Andrew eats burgoo and groundhog cacciatore.
Fish Hawk Acres Farm, Rock Cave, WV
Andrew judges the contestants in an annual roadkill cook-off. Some of the dishes include batter-fried cow, smeared hog with groundhog gravy, hard top hare, witches brew, squirrel and rabbit meat gumbo and mink chowder.
