Hawk Paranormal Scientific Investigations was formed in 1987 by Tommy Waters. Waters began researching the paranormal at the young age of 13 and has investigated over 600 locations. The team is currently based out of Hamilton, MT, and covers all of the Northwest United States.

The Ravalli County Museum, the county courthouse from 1901-1979, located in Hamilton is the location of a current investigation. Paranormal activity picked up there includes everything from cold/heat spots, shadows, EVP and a full-bodied apparition of a male wearing a dark suit and a cowboy hat. One team member was held down and couldn't get up from a sitting position while in the trophy room (former deliberation room). EVP that said, "I don't answer to you," was captured in that same room. Digital photos show what looks like a dark mist or shadow moving in the room and down a stairwell. There appears to be a strong feeling of dread, anger and hate in the building. Waters was pushed on two occasions, and every investigator on the team feels that something is always just out of reach, taunting them.

Hawk Paranormal is Tommy Waters, Anthony Gonzalo and Adrianna Stanley. Other key members are forensic anthropoligist/psychologist Melynda Medlar and medium Sarah Monson. The team's investigation style is always based on scientific evidence foremost and personal experience second.
