History: Being a true entrepreneur, Howard Nielsen tried his hand at several businesses before starting Sticky Lips BBQ in 2004. When asked about the name, Nielsen said he was a big fan of the Rolling Stones, and loved their Sticky Fingers album. Since the name was taken, he kept the sticky and changed fingers to lips since they also get sticky when eating BBQ.
Menu: Sticky Lips Pit BBQ serves ribs, chili, Uncle Frank’s State Fair Chicken, salads, brisket and a variety of sandwiches including pulled pork. Get the full menu.
Signature Dishes: Unlike other BBQ places, Sticky Lips cooks with charcoal year-round. It's expensive and messy, but makes for a lot of flavor, especially for their Uncle Frank's State Fair Chicken. Other favorites are the St. Louis cut ribs, beef brisket and their vegetarian offerings, such as the Crispy Tofu Etouffee.
Price: You can get Uncle Frank's State Fair Chicken (breast and wing), 2 sides and drink for around $15-$20.

All About the Challenge
Name: Atomic Bomb Challenge
History: The challenge was created by Chef Michael who is a big fan of Man v. Food Nation.
Ingredients: The Atomic Bomb Challenge is a huge sandwich that needs to be eaten in 30 minutes. Here's what makes it up: 1 oversized bun, 1-lb. of hamburger, 1-lb. pulled pork, 1-lb. french fries, 1/2-lb. hot meat sauce, 1/4-lb. of cheese, 8 strips of bacon, lettuce, tomato and onion.
Attempts & Successes: Over the past 2 years, almost 300 people have tried to complete the challenge. The old challenge had a 25% success rate, but since the restaurant added more spice and a larger bun, no one has been successful. Will NASCAR driver Joey Logano be the first? Tune in to find out!
Winners Receive: If you are successful, you get a T-shirt and your name in lights on the marquee outside the restaurant.
Other Food Challenges: Sticky Lips does not have any other food challenges and plans to stick with the Atomic Bomb for a while.
