More Hunt Information
Why use a black light? A black light is used to look for "Vaseline" glass or pieces that are radioactive. Uranium dioxide crystals add a yellowish-green hue to the glass when used as a coloring agent. Very little glass was made this way and existing intact pieces are highly collectible.
