La Cociña de Dona Estela
Owner Doña Estela and her family prepare home-cooked meals right out of their own kitchen. Locals sit down at her kitchen table to enjoy fresh empanadas, homemade flour tortillas and a variety of delicious stews.
The sobadores are traditional healers and chiropractors who set up shop alongside the Tijuana Cathedral. Many of their clientele travel from the US and use the sobadores as an affordable option for rehabilitation therapy.
