Tourists may flock to the Italian Riviera’s Cinque Terre to walk the 5 seaside towns, but a less-trafficked and equally appealing option lies roughly 45 miles north in a collection of villages called Golfo Paradiso. The star attraction here is Bogliasco, a onetime fishing village that now caters to tourists who are drawn to its colorful buildings, rocky beaches and rich history -- the area has been inhabited since the Paleolithic era.
