Cala Carbo Beach
Two white boats dock at the secluded little bay of Cala Carbo. Possibly they’ve come for Sunday paella or some good local Ibizan fare, as the 2 laid-back restaurants tucked away on the beach make this bay an idyllic spot for lazy seaside feasting. Or perhaps they anchor here just to recover from the late night champagne and hobnobbing with the bikini-clad jet set for which this little Balearic island is famous. One dip here, in Cala Carbo’s clear cool waters, can wash away even the most delicious of sins.
