After a full day of rhinoceros tracking, toss off your safari boots and take a plunge. As you soak in this infinity pool dangling over the rocky plateaus of northwest Namibia, you might spot a black eagle, a gazelle, or a giraffe. You never know what possibilities await you at Grootberg, a lodge that is fully run and owned by a Namibian nature conservancy. A stay here will not only give you a taste of nature’s paradise, it also helps protect the animals, funds local schools, and gives jobs to people who live nearby. And you get a whole lot of heaven for all that giving.
