Mundo River

Albacete, Spain

It's no wonder that the start of the Mundo River, in the Spanish town of Riopar, is considered to be among the most beautiful river sources in all the world. The 93-mile-long body of water originates from a cave that sits in the middle of a cliff, the cascading stream forming a waterfall over 300 feet high that descends into smaller spouts and pools. As if the town's picturesque setting wasn't already reason enough to visit.
