Standing at the foot of the Orkhon Khurkhree Falls, you’ll say to yourself “this was so worth the trip.” That is, if you can hear yourself think over the sound of thundering water. Travel down the Orkhon River and pass by the ancient Mongol capital of Karakorum. Or stay a while and take a dip. Don’t be surprised if the locals don’t join – legend has it the pool below the falls is bottomless.
