They feel like wet velvet and will eat right out of your hand, these big stingrays that resemble graceful, underwater cousins of Stealth bombers. Stingrays know the shallow sandbars of the North Sound of Grand Cayman are a reliable place to feast on squid offered by tourists who arrive daily on tour boats to mingle with them.
