South of Dijon in the Burgundy region of France, this stone shelter, sits on a vineyard near Savigny les Beaune. The region produces an abundant amount of pinot noir-based red wines that are well known for their reliable, everyday quality and are usually an excellent value and ready to drink at three to five years from bottling. One of the finest examples from the region can be found at Domaine Bize, which has been producing wines since the 1880s.
