You expect an aquamarine sea in Bali. But the bone-white brilliance of the wide sandy beach at the Conrad, near Nusa Dua on the island's southeastern side, takes that turquoise tinge to another level. While you could live on this beach, there's plenty more to do at this low-rise resort that seethes with sense of place: long, languorous pools, a yoga pavilion, a jogging path, restaurants, a spa and a gym. Guestrooms are commodious and well-equipped with amenities like coffeemakers. And the bathrooms? Well let's just say the tubs could be pools themselves.
