Big Sky Resort

Big Sky, Montana

You may be tempted to ride the chairlift up and down Big Sky’s Lone Mountain just to take in Montana’s spectacular snowscapes. But if you have to ski, you might as well do it here, too. Swoosh down one of 220 trails across 3 mountains covering 110 miles, with the longest measuring 6 miles. If you’ve got black diamonds in your eyes, take the Lone Mountain Tram to its pinnacle at 11,666 feet and experience a heart-stopping 4,350-foot drop to the rugged terrain below.
