Meet Marianela Pereyra
Marianela Pereyra is an Argentinian model, dancer and TV personality who has served as host of Dance Cam Slam for VH1, MTV’s Top Pop Group for MTV and BBC America, Poker After Dark for NBC, and Roadtrip and Latin American Poker Tour for ESPN.
She has also served as a Grammy Awards correspondent for NBC’s Access Hollywood, a featured panelist for CNN’s Showbiz Tonight, and host for Fuse’s live series, Daily Download.
Born to professional tango dancers in Buenos Aires, Marianela moved to the United States at the age of 5. In addition to English, she is fluent in Spanish, French and Italian.
Now Marianela joins Travel Channel to host our exciting, new online web series, Marianela’s Top 10 California Beaches. Marianela visits some of her top picks for the best beaches, including Coronado Beach, Santa Cruz Beach, Venice Beach, Rodeo Beach and Surfrider Beach.
In addition to her energetic personality, Marianela is an adventurer -- willing to try anything once. Watch her get a lesson in beach volleyball, learn how to start the perfect bonfire and take a tour of a luxurious beachfront property. Marianela also lets beachgoers know which beaches are family-friendly, perfect for nature walks, biking and other fun beach activities.
