Grab Your BFFs...

Wine tastings, yoga retreats and a weekend at the ranch — yup, we've got it all. Here are 10 Insta-worthy ideas for fun trips you can take this fall with your closest friends.

Ojai, Calif.

For a full immersion spa weekend, book a trip to the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa. Less than two hours outside of Los Angeles, Ojai is a beautiful, quaint mountain town that might be the perfect backdrop for your squad. Spend a day filling up your schedule with treatments at the hotel's beautiful, world-class spa before venturing into town. If you feel like sneaking off campus, try a tasting tour that ventures to a variety of restaurants around town. When you get back to your hotel, you can sit by the garden pool (next to the herb garden).

Temecula, Calif.

Skip the crowds in Napa Valley and, instead, grab your besties and head to Temecula, Calif. South Coast Winery Resort and Spa is the perfect spot for groups with both villas and individual suites available. The resort is on a 38-acre working winery, so you can definitely get your wine-tasting on. In addition, there is a beautiful spa and restaurant on site. Old Town Temecula is also worth checking out, with historical buildings, shops and adorable cafes. Venture out and visit many of the other wineries in the area including Wilson Creek Winery, Vindemia Estates Winery and Leoness Cellars.

Sedona, Ariz.

Even if you're not the outdoorsy type, we promise that the scenery in Sedona will truly blow you away. Everywhere you look you see "red rocks," which are majestic mountains formed from a beautiful, rust-colored sandstone native to that area of the country. Check into the Enchantment Resort and enjoy some unforgettable pampering at their Mii Amo spa. Don't forget to take a Pink Jeep Tour to get a fun, back-roads look at the Sedona scenery, and follow it up with dinner at the famed Elote Cafe.

Darby, Mont.

Triple Creek Ranch in Darby, Mont., is the ultimate spot for a girls' getaway on a working, luxurious ranch. You can spend your time relaxing and enjoying the stunning scenery at the main lodge or restaurant or dive into other fun activities like horseback riding, fly fishing, hiking or even cattle driving. Triple Creek even has some women-only cowgirl adventure trips scheduled throughout the year.

Juneau, Alaska

Yes, Alaska is a bit chilly this time of year, but you and your pals could embark on an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime volunteer adventure that you won't soon forget. Join other volunteers and work on restoring trails in the Mendenhall Glacier Recreation Area while enjoying the stunning scenery and wildlife. You and your BFF's will also take a train ride on the White Pass & Yukon Railway, climb nearly 3,000 feet, go on breathtaking hikes and ride on a catamaran back to Juneau at the end of your trip.

Big Island, Hawaii

If you're itching to go on a yoga retreat with all of your friends, why not do it on the big island of Hawaii at Kalani? This resort offers a variety of accommodations depending on the size of your group (including cottages, bungalows, lofts and a treehouse), as well as different types of retreats for all different levels of yoga practice. In addition to yoga, there are meditation, dance and lots of other fitness classes to choose from. If you want to venture out onto the island to do some exploring, you can see some active volcanoes at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, visit the Botanical Gardens or hit up one of the many amazing restaurants on the island.

Savannah, Ga.

Savannah is a beautiful, historical town that is the perfect spot for a girls' getaway. The entire town feels like the set of a movie, with old trees and historic homes everywhere you look. The Bohemian Hotel is a great choice for you and your pals, and it's located directly on the Savannah River. While you're in town, go on an architectural tour to see some of the old homes up close and personal. Or, check out a ghost tour of the town at night. After your tour, sip a cocktail at Atlantic, then grab dinner at the classic Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room.

Brooklyn, N.Y.

New York City always makes for a fun girls' getaway, but mix it up a bit by making Brooklyn your home base on your next trip. The Wythe Hotel in Williamsburg is a great choice if you're looking for a boutique hotel. Don't forget to check out the Brooklyn Flea for amazing vintage shopping, and make sure to grab a slice (or three!) from Di Fara. Walk over the Brooklyn Bridge into Manhattan for incredible skyline views, then get non-toxic manicures at the stylish Ten Over Ten salon in Soho.

Ithaca, N.Y.

If you've never seen the bumper stickers before, "Ithaca is gorges," meaning it's gorgeous, and there are lots of gorges to explore. Your first stop should be Buttermilk Falls State Park, which is ground zero for Ithaca's most beautiful gorges. Then, make Firelight Camps your home for the trip, and go on a fun glamping adventure with your friends. Sneak away from camp one night to have dinner at the famous Moosewood natural foods restaurant. On the way out of town, hit up the local Ithaca Farmer's Market to pick up some fresh fruits, vegetables and a bottle of Ithaca wine.

Montreal, Canada

If a bustling weekend getaway is more up your alley, Montreal might be the perfect spot for you and your friends. Old Montreal is a fun part of town to start off wandering around, though make sure you wear comfy shoes (those cobblestones can be brutal!). Mount Royal is a beautiful park you can visit (designed by the same designer who envisioned New York's Central Park), and you can end the day at Bota Bota, a three-story spa on an old ferry situated on the water. Hotel Gault is a stylish boutique hotel that's perfect for groups. And don't forget to grab some delicious Montreal bagels (which are smaller and thinner than their American counterparts) at St-Viateur or Fairmount.
