St. Louis Cemetery No. 1
Locals, visitors and paranormal investigators believe St. Louis Cemetery No. 1 is the most haunted cemetery in the world. Many ghosts haunt this famous graveyard in New Orleans, including Voodoo Queen Marie Laveau. Because most of the city is submerged in water, the dead are buried on top of the ground. Some visitors have heard eerie screams from inside the tombs and have been eyewitnesses to the ghosts of animals, including cats and dogs. Take a picture here and a strange orb or ghost may make an appearance in your photo.
