Punxsutawney Phil is held by groundhog co-handler Ron Ploucha, after Phil didn’t see his shadow, predicting an early spring. About 35,000 people came to watch Phil’s annual forecast at the 127th Groundhog Day Celebration at Gobbler’s Knob in Punxsutawney, PA.
