In the summer, hundreds of athletes head to Bolton, England, to challenge themselves in the Ironman UK. Triathletes must embark on a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride and run 26.2 miles to the finish line. In case you didn’t know, Bolton is located 10 miles northwest of Manchester.
