The Biltmore Miami Hotel

Built in 1926, the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables has been designated a National Historic Landmark. The 150-acre property isn’t on the water, but it does have a 22,000-square-foot swimming pool – the largest in the continental United States. Foodies take note -- the Biltmore is also the only hotel in North America with its own recreational culinary school.
