History:
Time-Out was opened over 30 years ago by Eddie Williams. It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so it has become a favor hangout for UNC students.


BITE Score Rating:

B- Biscuit- buttery, flaky and not greasy.
I – The fact that the chicken comes off the bone makes all the difference.
T – It excels in its simplicity. I almost want something sour to balance against it.
E – If you go to the South and miss a biscuit like this, than you really haven’t been to the South at all.

* Biscuit
* Fried Chicken
* Cheddar Cheese

Directions
* Fry chicken breast.
* Melt cheddar cheese on biscuit.
* De-bone chicken breast and place over cheddar cheese.
