Danielle Dimovski aka Diva Q has a passion for barbecue that knows no boundaries; she lives breaths and eats barbecue. Diva Q travels all over North America competing in a variety of sanctioned barbecue competitions, writing about barbecue and eating anywhere barbecue is served.
Danielle heads to Georgia, the land of peaches and Bubba Q BBQ. After that, it's off to Midway BBQ, a quaint place in a tiny little town in South Carolina.
Danielle crawls to Georgia to chow down on slow-smoked BBQ and tofu. Later, at a local airshow, she competes in the Smoke-n-Thunder BBQ Classic. She wagers a bet with her neighbor, Bubba Q, on who will score better in brisket.
Danielle hits Route 66 for juicy tri-tip covered in swiss cheese, then hangs out with a captain on the Colorado River. It's competition time! She competes in The Smoke on the Water BBQ Contest for prizes worth $100,000.
Diva Q blazes through Utah, trying a meaty brisket pizza cooked in a giant bull's head oven. Then she's off to a pro-surfer shop that serves brisket tacos covered in feta. She caps it off with delicious meats from a dutch oven.
Danielle Dimovski, aka "Diva Q", starts off in Kentucky for some Billy's BBQ in Louisville, and then heads to Missouri for Pappy's Smokehouse -- the beacon of BBQ.
Danielle sinks her teeth into a Baltimore staple, juicy pit beef. Then she heads to Washington D.C. for a lesson in carving meats and a taste of jerked goat and tender pulled duck. She dines on a Diva Q favorite, "The Diva."
Danielle bites into a huge brisket sandwich and tries her hand at catching trout at St. Simons Island, GA. Then, she heads to Southern Soul BBQ for gumbo and smoked chicken. Finally, she’s off to Charleston, SC, to Hello My Name is BBQ -- a hip, urban food truck.
Danielle hits up the only BBQ joint in Johns Island, SC, for smoked ribs and a taste of their 32 side dishes. Then, she wakes up at the crack of dawn to cook a whole hog and take part in a BBQ fundraiser for a local charity.
Danielle is up against 150 of the world's grand BBQ champions at the American Royal BBQ competition. With a storm coming and 13 BBQ categories to turn in, Danielle turns up the heat for the judges.
Danielle treks to New York City for a new world of BBQ. She dines on pulled goat and carne asada tacos, falls in love with a juicy duck leg on top of a huckleberry waffle, and feasts on a creamy crawfish etouffee.

The World Food Championships have arrived! Before the stress sets in, Diva Q and team grab a bite of Vegas BBQ. They head to John Mull's Road Kill Grill, a roadside BBQ restaurant with a serious history in Nevada. The owner is the fourth generation to butcher and barbeque meats at this family restaurant. They chow down on a pile of BBQ meats to celebrate their time together. After that, it's time to get down to business. Team Diva Q operates like a finely tuned machine this round. If she gets a call for BBQ, she goes on to compete against high-end chefs and restaurateurs...the competition is fierce!
