Established in 1881, the Bird Cage Theatre was named for the "cages" that hung from the ceiling, in which prostitutes would entertain their clients. One of the more popular institutions in Tombstone, the theater was frequented by the wildest bunch in town. More than 100 bullet holes can still be seen in the walls today. Big Nose Kate's Saloon

Big Nose Kate's Saloon

Formerly the Grand Hotel, Big Nose Kate's Saloon was a well-known bordello in the 1880s, operated by Doc Holliday’s longtime mistress, "Big Nose Kate." During the Grand Hotel days, it served as a place of rest for Doc, as well as Wyatt and Virgil Earp. 960 1280
