His search begins at a sixty year-old Honolulu staple - Helena's Hawaiian Foods, THE place to indulge in traditional Hawaiian feasts. Next, Adam is on to Laie, a small town north of Honolulu, to try Hawaiian twists in a mainland classic: the hamburger. At the Hukilau Café Adam chows down on the signature Hukilau Burger, topped with eggs and Teriyaki beef, and then feasts on their award winning Loco Moco - two huge beef patties covered with fried eggs, rice, and smothered in gravy.
