All About the Challenge

Name:
Pig Wing Challenge

History:
Ray had wanted to create a "challenge" when the kitchen opened. He came across the Pig Wing product, sampled it and knew right away this is what Starsky's needed. Adding the corn nuggets was a perfect fit for Starsky's, being in the Cornhusker State.

Ingredients:
The Pig Wings are water-packed and slow cooked to achieve the tender, fall-off-the-bone result. Starsky's fries the Pig Wings until they have a crisp outer coating and then tosses them in one of the signature sauces: hot, BBQ, Teriyaki or Sweet Asian Chili to name a few. The corn nuggets are mixture of sweet and cream corn, sugar and coated in a corn meal and wheat flour breading. Fried to a golden brown and served with honey for dipping.

Attempts & Successes:
There have been 16 people that have attempted the challenge and only one has been successful.

Winners Receive:
Those who complete the Challenge receives the meal free, a Pig Wing T-shirt and their picture on the Wall of Fame. If you don't win, you get your picture on the Wall of Shame.
