Adam Richman is in Las Vegas, Nevada, where the food options don't stop at the glitzy, celebrity-owned restaurants on the Strip. He starts at Hash House A Go Go, where traditional breakfasts are twisted up and served in massive portions. Adam heads to the kitchen to see the making of one of Hash House A Go Go's most popular dishes - the fried chicken benedict. It's a twist on traditional eggs benedict, served with house made buttermilk biscuits, scrambled eggs, fried chicken, and chipotle sauce. After breakfast, it's time for Adam to get messy at Hot N Juicy Crawfish. As the name of the restaurant implies, this is THE place to go in Vegas for some spicy, delicious crawfish. The hottest sauce at this place has been known to cause nosebleeds! But the biggest challenge is still to come. NASCAR Café in the Sahara Hotel & Casino serves a 6 pound, two foot long monster known as the Big Badass Burrito. If Adam can consume this mammoth creation in under 90 minutes, he'll win a lifetime of free rides on the Sahara's rollercoaster Speed. But if he fails, he'll have to live with the shame of being photographed in a pink Weenie t-shirt. The stakes are high, but this is one tasty gamble Adam has to take.
