Greetings From:
New York City, New York

New York City. Home to 8.4 million people and visited by more than 50 million tourists each year. So what are all those people doing while in the Big Apple? What are the must-see attractions? And what are some of the lesser-known ways to see the city?

At the top of any First-Timer's list should be the Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, Times Square and devouring a New York City style hot dog or soft pretzel from a classic street cart. Beyond these iconic destinations and right of passages, the sky is the limit. Truly. Take a helicopter tour over the city and get a birds-eye view of the hustle and bustle.

Incredible feats in architecture are literally around every corner but arguably two of the most stunning buildings are the triangular Flatiron building on Fifth Avenue and Trinity Church in the financial district. When you need a break from the city sights and sounds, escape to Central Park for a stroll or pedicab ride or to Midtown East Greenacre Park, which offers a waterfall (Yes, a waterfall!) in the middle of Manhattan. The Greenacre Foundation, founded by Abby Rockefeller Mauzé, has been keeping this hidden park (tucked in on East 51st Street between Second and Third Avenues) in pristine condition since its opening in 1971.

U.S. Cellular's national coverage lets you talk, browse and stream in the middle of anywhere on your favorite devices.

Greetings From:
Bend, Oregon

It's no secret that Bend, OR - with its dramatic and diverse terrain - is a mecca for outdoor-adventure seekers. Situated in the foothills of the majestic Cascades, it offers a little something for everyone: Skiing and snowboarding on Mt. Bachelor, rafting on the majestic Deschutes River, kayaking and canoeing on the many mountain lakes, hiking trails in the backcountry or playing a round at one of the area's 25 golf courses.

But all that “energy out” calls for some serious “energy in” and, thankfully, Bend has that part of the equation covered, too. The up-and-coming food scene here has some truly refined, elegant eateries like Chow, where farm-to-table cuisine is served up with sophistication that isn't over-done. Stop in for breakfast or lunch, or schedule a private dinner.

If the outdoors are the number one passion in this town, then beer is a close second. As if to prove that point, in the heart of town stands the Crux Fermentation Project where the brewmaster and his crew are in constant pursuit of the next great beer. Grab a stool in their tasting room then swivel around in your chair to take a tour of the brewery, which you are seated directly in the middle of. As craft-beer experiences go, they don't get much purer than this.

Greetings From:
San Francisco, California

One of the best views of San Francisco - and there are a lot of them - is from Twin Peaks. Start your day on top of this well-known hill to watch the sun come up over the city. The shut-eye you'll miss will be well worth it for this unforgettable memory. Be sure to check the weather the night before (cloudy skies will not make for great viewing) and bring a sweater; average low temperature in San Francisco hover around 50-degrees year-round.

Spend your day exploring the city by quintessentially cable-car hopping. The Powell/Hyde line is your best bet to take in some of the San Fran icons: Hop off the car and walk down the uber-windy Lombard Street and gaze at stunning views of Alcatraz Island on your way to Ghirardelli Square where you can sample chocolates or buy a bag of the sweet squares and take them down to the water to nibble while ships go by. End your day with a visit to the iconic Fisherman's Wharf for incredible seafood and a glimpse at the nearby sea lion colony.

Unwind at Cockscomb Restaurant where you'll actually wait in line for a coveted seat at the bar. That's because it's also a front-row seat to the mastery that goes on in the kitchen where Chef Chris Cosentino's vision unfolds on plate after plate every night.
