In the town of Nimes, Samantha discovers a real Roman coliseum - which once held chariot races, now its bullfighting? Samantha dons the wardrobe of a matador and tries her hand at this unlikely French sport. Did you know that seven Popes once ruled from the town of Avignon? The grape vines they planted back in the 14th century have grown into one of the world's greatest wineries; Chateauneuf du Pape. And if you thought that blue jeans were as American as apple pie, then you may be surprised to find out the origins of demin came straight out of Provence!
