Bill, the resort’s caretaker, and his family have seen many strange apparitions at the resort. It seems as though some of the dead that remain at the resort are dangerous and able to hurt the living.

Steve speaks with the owner of the Arctic Circle Hot Springs Resort. The owner doesn’t believe that there is paranormal activity there, but trusts his caretaker and believes his stories.

Amy does her walk through the building, and is frightened by some of the spirits that she encounters.

Amy quickly realizes that there is one spirit that is particularly hostile to women.

Amy and Steve meet with the resort’s caretaker and his daughters, who are stunned by the similarities between Amy’s sketch and a photo Steve has uncovered.
