Smokers on Steroids

Three Texas BBQ teams and their mega-rigs compete to prove they grill better than anyone else in the Lone Star state. The kicker is the teams judge each other to decide who has the most stellar rig, the most delicious food, and who throws the best backyard barbecue. Each team cooks two meats and two side dishes, but everyone must use...beef ribs! First up is War Pig BBQ with their military-themed rig. They built a remote-controlled rolling smoker, designed to look like a tank. The second team to compete is Toro Loco with their bull-themed rig and fiesta themed party. Last up is Dr. Smoke. Team leader Justin Margist oozes confidence that his rig is the best-equipped to blow this competition away. With only six hours to cook these three teams and their monster grills will battle high flames, the clock, and each other for the chance to win $10,000 and The Grill of Victory.

Pirates 'n' Pork

Three teams face off with their custom grills to prove they are the kings of Tennessee BBQ. The team with the baddest rig, the tastiest food, and the best backyard barbecue will take home a grand prize of $10,000. Here's the twist- the teams judge each other! Each team cooks two meats and two side dishes, but everyone must cook... pork shoulder! What would a southern barbecue be without out some pulled pork? Up first is Pirate Pork, sailing into the competition on their ship-themed mega grill. They aren't the only ones on the high seas, as Team Broken Spoke is cruising into battle on the The Pickwick Bell, their custom paddle-boat themed rig. Finally there is Bacon's Barbecue, a group of firefighters who came all the way from Virginia to sink both these ships with a five-alarm party. With only six hours to cook these three teams and their monster grills will battle high flames, the clock, and each other for the chance to win The Grill of Victory.

Lone Star Smokers

Three BBQ teams and their custom grills face off to prove they are the master of Texas-style BBQ. The team with the baddest rig, the tastiest food, and the best backyard barbecue will take home the grand prize of $10,000. Here's the twist-the teams judge each other! Each team cooks two meats and two side dishes, but everyone must cook... bone-In rib eye! If everything is bigger in Texas, then of course that goes for the juicy steaks cooked up on these mega grills. Up first is Smokin' X, riding into the competition on "Miss X", a half pickup/half smoker that's all business. They will go to war against Rooster's Rebel BBQ, a who are throwing a civil war themed BBQ. Finally the West Texas Pitmasters want to show how their high-tech rig will bring the science of BBQ to the next level. With only six hours to cook these three teams and their monster grills will battle high flames, the clock, and each other for the chance to win The Grill of Victory.

Backyard BBQ Roulette

Three Virginia barbecue teams face off with their rigs to prove they have the best grilling chops in the state. The kicker here is the teams judge each other to see who has the baddest rig, the tastiest food, and throws the best backyard barbecue. Each team cooks two meats and two side dishes, but everyone must use...tri-tip! This is a special cut from the sirloin that's very popular in California, but you won't find many Virginians with experience cooking it. Flavor Savor BBQ is up first and these country boys are out to prove they can cook barbecue better than any city slicker. Next up is Grand Slam BBQ, with their commercial-grade smoker that could give them an edge over the competition. Last up is Big Mook's BBQ lead by Brian Varani. This former accountant built his rig with his brother. Now he's taken the leap to work fulltime on his BBQ. With only six hours to cook, these three teams and their monster grills will battle high flames, the clock, and each other for the chance to win $10,000 and The Grill of Victory.

5 Alarm BBQ

Three teams face off with their home made mega-grills to prove they have the best BBQ skills in the state of Missouri. The team with the baddest rig, the tastiest food, and the best backyard barbecue will take home the grand prize of $10,000. Here's the twist- the teams judge each other! Each team cooks two meats and two side dishes, but everyone must use...St. Louis Cut Ribs! Up first is Engine 51 Smokers, a group of Firefighters riding into the competition on a 38 foot long gooseneck trailer that's been decked out with emergency lights and sirens. They're followed by Twisted Belly, who use their Red, White and Blue party wagon to throw down the ultimate tailgate. Finally, Buckingham Pig Kings, a team of expert restaurateurs, are ready to play the competition off with their giant grand piano themed rig. With only six hours to cook these three teams and their monster grills will battle high flames, the clock, and each other for the chance to win The Grill of Victory.
