Three BBQ teams and their custom grills face off to prove they are the master of Texas-style BBQ. The team with the baddest rig, the tastiest food, and the best backyard barbecue will take home the grand prize of $10,000. Here's the twist-the teams judge each other!
Each team cooks two meats and two side dishes, but everyone must cook... bone-In rib eye! If everything is bigger in Texas, then of course that goes for the juicy steaks cooked up on these mega grills.
Up first is Smokin' X, riding into the competition on "Miss X", a half pickup/half smoker that's all business. They will go to war against Rooster's Rebel BBQ, a who are throwing a civil war themed BBQ. Finally the West Texas Pitmasters want to show how their high-tech rig will bring the science of BBQ to the next level.
With only six hours to cook these three teams and their monster grills will battle high flames, the clock, and each other for the chance to win The Grill of Victory.
