Cowboys is the biggest of the pop-up Stampede tent parties, attracting an estimated 20,000 partiers a day. Cowboys has beautiful cowgirl bartenders, private VIP suites overlooking the tent and a main stage made for the best country musicians.

Cowboys congregate here for pancakes as legendary as the Stampede itself. While there are many free pancake breakfasts in Calgary every Stampede day, Fluor Rope Square is the only place where they cook pancakes on a real chuck wagon.
