Colin Nishida, owner of the Side Street Inn, joins Tony for a traditional Hawaiian plate lunch at Ono Hawaiian Foods. They sample a number of traditional dishes including poi, lau lau with pork, kaluha pig, poke, and coconut jello.

Tony spends a day at the North Shore on the island of Oahu. There he meets up with legendary surfers Darrick Doerner and Peter Cole. Darrick takes Tony to some of the most famous surf spots via jet ski, including Pipeline, Waimea and Sunset beaches.
