Assam Laksa Stall Near Kek Lok Si Temple
Tourists visit the ornate Kek Lok Si temple to see the huge statue of Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Mercy. But serious culinary aficionados know it as the landmark for one of the best Penang assam laksa (fish broth noodles) stalls, set up 59 years ago.
