Tony joins Civil War reenactors for a day in the life. During their break, Tony enjoys a meal with the other soldiers that consisted of beef field stew and hard tack.

Tony and local food experts Matt and Ted Lee shop for fresh and delicious oysters for their Lowcountry oyster roast. The men have beer and eat oysters steamed over an open fire in a burlap sack.

Tony and South Carolina BBQ president and founder Lake High go to the best spot for 100-mile barbecue -- locals usually drive 100 miles to enjoy it. Tony sampled a whole hog barbecue with South Carolina mustard sauce.
