After a brief visit to see the happy sheep in their field, Tony takes part in the cheese-making process. He tries everything from milking to tasting the finished product. For his efforts, owner Antonia rewards Tony with a cheese-tasting.

Tony and New York City chef/Tuscany native Cesare Casella visit the greatest butcher in the world, Dario Cecchini. They find him in the small countryside town of Panzano in Chianti. Tony samples salamis, pork and various other meats.

Situated in the small and picturesque one-road town of Marina di Pisa, Tony is treated to a great feast of dishes heavily influenced by the Mediterranean sea. Tony and guests feast on herring crostini, roasted wild pigeon soup, garlic bread and more.
